Letham City Boys - Season 1964/1965
Saturday 8th August 1964

Ally McAdam was again the Manager and he was confident that his City Boys team would continue to provide talent for the Juvenile Team. However he had a level playing field as all the clubs had to adhere to the under 18-age limit. He had concerns however regarding the players registration forms through the Amateur set up, where it was possible for other juvenile teams to pinch the players ahead of our own Juvenile team.

This was a great season. Third in the league and winning their first cup. Especially as the Juveniles were still taking their best players. The Murray Donaldson Memorial Cup was in memory of a former Letham City Boy player of the previous season. The club contributed some money to his parents to ease the cost of the trophy.
